Frankenstorm will run at Cold Harbour tomorrow and Hopstrings goes to Maisemore on Monday. We are pretty busy with breakers and preparing horses for the sales. I'm taking 2 stores to Doncaster, one by Black Sam Bellamy, the other by Lucarno.
I have written on here before about Channel 4 and their racing coverage. Today I flicked it on only to see the whispering Clare intruding in on connections of runners, the most boring man in Graham Cunningham and the smug Nick Luck. For me it is ruined and I won't even flick it on again until Cheltenham in November. Attheraces wasn't much better, Lidia Hislop is possibly 2lbs ahead of Jonathan Neeson, neither of whom I care much for. Both have little knowledge of racing but seem to be able to fill air time taking bollocks about it. I'd rather watch a rugby match from the Southern Hemisphere than listen to any of them.
