It could be October outside, thankfully, the forecast rain didn't arrive and all the horses went out after exercise.
Carl Evans has just been on the phone to gather some information on Virtuoso Rouge, Frankenstorm and Gunner Road. All three horses are heading to Brightwells on Wednesday. They have done very little since they last ran and have just been ticked over in preparation of the sale.
Let's hope the sun shines for the weekend and the horses are able to get it on their backs. Much to my annoyance the 1st day of the 2nd test was washed away. My vet is a Kiwi, the joy I got in sending him a text asking how the first test went was immense. Only the weather can save him more embarrassment.
