Trouble Digger had a small blow on the woodchip, Sam is still in hospital waiting for his foot to operated on. Tom Weston will ride Trouble Digger. The ground is being described as Good, this will be acceptable and he has form on that ground and loves Chaddesley. If the blinkers do the job I'd expect a good result.
Geoff Bosley, Richard and Ann Taylor were here to see the Lucarno gelding before he heads up to Doncaster May Sales on Tuesday. He is being vetted on Wednesday, sold on Thursday I want to give him a chance to settle in beforehand.
Ralph Beckett won the Oaks trial at Lingfield today in good style, it would be just what the doctor ordered for Ralph if she could win his 2nd classic for him from the new yard. Ralph has been a huge supporter of mine and I'd love to see it.
