Trouble Digger beat 17 rivals in The Restricted and mud at Chaddesley Corbett, Sam gave him a great ride from the front and had a bit in the tank pulling up. He ran up very light last year and I have been very careful to leave a bit to work on this time around, with that in mind he will come on for the run and some serious fun could be had with him now we know he handles the soft. He has matured mentally and physically a year on. We may consider a Hunters Chase at Warwick on 24th January, he's entitled to be and is tired tonight, it will all depend on how he comes out of today, Warwick may come a week too soon. He has a nasty over-reach on his near fore and the farrier was here tonight to put his shoe back on. Back In Focus won in Ireland today, a great update for Medieval Gateway, a half brother I have here by Shantou. He will be waiting for some better ground before making his debut in a P2P somewhere. This weather is holding us up and we will be aiming to have a good few ready when it eventually dries up a bit. If we get a some dry days between now and 26th January Larkhill may be a starting point for Billy Biscuit, the others are more likely to be aimed somewhere in February when there are more races for 4 year olds.
