Proximo ran a respectable enough race, Timmy Murphy said that he had got it wrong at Towcester and that he does in fact need a trip in excess of 2 miles. We'll see how he comes out of the race and run him again before he heads to Doncaster or the Brightwells May sales. I think he'll be a fun horse for someone, he takes his racing very well and once he's handicapped he'll win his races. Charlie and I do not want to accumulate horses to have in training; that is not the purpose of our plan. In an ideal world we want to run them and sell them.
Tomorrow is another early start as I want to get as many horses exercised as I can before I head off to Ascot sales with Custers Last Stand and Cavite Alpha. The lads will carry on riding out once I've left.
