Routine canters for all the horses who seem in good form. Billy Biscuit was fresh and very pleased with himself, horses seem to know when they've done something special. Full Shift was also fresh and will be back riding tomorrow.
This evening we fogged the stables and barn.
Trouble Digger's nephew went into the loose school, the way he behaved he must have done a fair bit of it when we broke him in. Tomorrow he will be asked a few bigger questions.
A 2 year old filly by Black Sam Bellamy has also spent a few days learning to jump, it will be the making of her, she has a leg in every county and needs to think about where she puts them. She doesn't lack scope!
Sam rode another winner today at Ludlow for his boss Hilary Parrot, I will have to sit through endless replays this evening to watch it.
