Ralph Beckett gave us a fantastic lunch yesterday and I hope he has sold all the yearlings he paraded. It was great to see some old mates. Geoffrey Pooley was in attendance, Geoffrey has been a friend for a long time and we have enjoyed some great times together mostly on the ski slopes or in public houses! He is always at the forefront of any trouble and is famous for being arrested for throwing oranges at David Blane when he decided to lock himself in a glass box suspended from a crane in London.
