Max Ward and Hopstrings jumped 9 hurdles this morning, Max Ward has been declared to run at Newbury tomorrow and Hopstrings is aiming for some black type there on Saturday. Both horse schooled beautifully. She is bottom weight and there is a chance she won't get in, although I am assured by the jockeys agent she will. Should she not get in she will go to Market Rasen on Sunday. The others all did a bit more work on the wood-chip. The babies went in the school. Sam has been doing a fantastic job with the troublesome filly and she has come a long way in a relatively short period of time.
Ginger Fizz won at Chepstow today and jumped with accuracy, which is very pleasing for all.
It is Panda's birthday tomorrow so I will have strict instructions from the birthday girl to get back from Newbury for a birthday tea. Panda is 6 tomorrow, the youngest in our family yet she seems to be the boss!
