Derby Sale

I've been so busy with horses that my blog has had to wait. Charlie Brooks and I went over for the Derby Sale and managed to buy 3 more horses for his syndicate. We bought 2 4 year olds 1 by Craigsteel who's half sister won the following week and another by Kahyasi who has a pedigree to die for. We also bought a 3 year old by Spadoun, Charlie loved this horse and we were delighted to get him. The market was very strong and we struggled to buy. However we are delighted with the ones we did manage to get. All 3 horses are now backed and riding around the school. The Doncaster horses are now having 10 days loose schooling prior to having a rest. The yard is very busy and at present and there just aren't enough hours in the day. I ahve 3 more horses coming in next week, 2 more from the Derby sale and Hidden Keel is coming back for some pre-trainming before he goes back to Charlie Longsdon.
